Competitions
Throughout the academic year, various organizations and publications host architectural competitions, ranging from small-scale, policy-driven initiatives to large-scale, off-site projects.
There is always a competition that may pique your interest, ongoing at any given time. Taking part in these competitions, as an individual or as a group, is an excellent way for you to sharpen your critical design skills, build your portfolio with projects unique from folks in your cohort, as well as create opportunities for collaborations. Rooted in support and advocacy, the Graduate Architecture, Landscape and Design Student Union (GALDSU) is available to provide academic and financial support for these extracurricular initiatives.
